Collaborating across regional APAC teams, I led a competitive audit and crafted a foundational marketing brief for 2026. This resulted in a templatized email framework that standardizes campaign development while maintaining strategic foresight for diverse international markets.

I led foundational research to unblock 'cold start' customers facing billing failures and policy violations. My reference presentation served as the key internal guide for leadership to unblock high-value advertisers and streamline the restart process.
