CAMILA VAZQUEZ
Strategic Thinking & Impact-Driven Marketing
biography
Hi, I’m Camila! I’m a first-generation Mexican American pursuing a B.S. in Business at NYU Stern, with double concentrations in Marketing and Computing & Data Science.
My passion for Digital and Product Marketing first sparked during my time as a Social Media Coordinator for a mental health nonprofit in high school. There, I saw firsthand how technology and social platforms serve as powerful tools to drive real, positive change. Today, I am excited about leveraging that blend of data and creativity to build inclusive marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and drive measurable impact. I am especially curious about the intersection of technology, culture, and storytelling—and how data can be used to shape meaningful brand experiences.
My perspective is deeply shaped by my background; as a first-generation Mexican-American, I am fueled by resilience, community, and the drive to create opportunities where they didn’t exist before. Growing up in a Spanish-speaking household further sparked a lifelong passion for exploring diverse cultures. This curiosity has driven me to pursue enriching study abroad experiences in Madrid and Seoul, which have broadened my global outlook and enhanced my adaptability in dynamic, ever-evolving environments.
